The Library at the Italian Embassy Cultural Centre contains more than 10,000 books and periodicals dealing with literature, theatre, design, and cinema. The books are available in different languages: Italian, English, Hindi, Punjabi, etc.
Access and Consultation:
The Library is only open to members and students of the Italian Embassy Cultural Centre on the following days and time of the week:
- Monday (from 10 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Tuesday (from 10AM to 5:00PM)
- Wednesday (from 10 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Thursday (from 10AM to 5:00 PM)
- Friday (from 10 AM to 1:00 PM)
Lunch Timings : 1pm – 2pm

Loan and Services:
The members and students of the Italian Embassy Cultural Centre may borrow books for free. A maximum of three books can be borrowed for maximum of 2 weeks. The loan term can be extended up to 2 more weeks, by sending a request to: library.iicnewdelhi@esteri.it
In the event of book lost/damaged, the member will be required to cover the cost of replacement plus 30% additional charges of the book.
