October 16th marks the beginning of the XXIII edition of “La Settimana della Lingua Italiana nel Mondo”, The Week of the Italian Language in the World, which has become one of the most important initiatives dedicated to the celebration of the Italian language internationally. The theme of the event this year is “L’italiano e la sostenibilita’”

To celebrate this event, on Nov 2nd the Italian Cultural Centre is hosting a talk on renowned Italian author Italo Calvino by Prof. Marco Berenghi (Prof. of contemporary literature at University of Milano-Bicocca). The topic of the talk will be “Italo Calvino: An Ecology of Words”. Save the date!
